Case 8. Bumping into things
Clinical formulation
Acute left homonymous inferior quadrantanopia suggestive of a right-hemisphere lesion in the superior radiation. A stroke is the main concern but the history of cancer raises the possibility of metastasis. Urgent imaging is needed.
